Kim Everly

Hello my name is Kim and I teach piano here at CMC! 

I began playing the piano at the church my father pastored at age 11 and by age 16 began teaching. I studied music at a small bible college in Kentucky and have taught piano for over 40 years. I taught at Encore Music Studio in Joelton, Tennessee and most recently have been the church pianist at Hilldale Baptist Church in Clarksville for almost 10 years. I was also the church pianist at Joelton First Baptist in Joelton for 10 years before that. I have been playing in churches and teaching piano now for 40 years. 

I have a passion for teaching and enjoy seeing the way my students light up when they play something for the first time. I teach reading music and playing by chords.
